To obtain an authorization certificate, companies must have a capital of 500 thousand TL or working capital, have the standards determined by the administration and have a website and mobile application/applications suitable for the activity to be carried out, the servers where the database will be stored are located within the borders of the Republic of Turkey and They need to have at least 250 e-scooters.
