Energy Company / Enerjisa

Enerjisa Enerji CEO Murat Pınar; As Enerjisa Enerji, we are about to complete our feasibility studies so that 5 percent of our vehicle fleet consists of electric and hybrid vehicles. In other words, we will replace approximately 100-150 vehicles in our fleet with electric vehicles at first. Of course, at this point, our first choice will be our domestic and national vehicle TOGG when it starts to sell.

Cargo Operator / Aras Kargo

Aras Cargo Shareholders and Chairman of Austrian Post Georg Pölzl stated that they attach importance to sustainability and environmental issues, as it known, Aras Cargo is the first cargo company having the largest electric vehicle fleet in Turkey. "We will continue our work with the aim of integrating environmental activities into our core business and will continue to make environmentally friendly investments."

NGOs / AVERE

Haluk Sayar, general coordinator of AVERE Electro Mobility Association; " European Union e-mobility transition will be spread over many years albeit with incentives and will provide the industry's least affected by this situation. But there is no incentives for EVs in Turkey. When EVs become the same price or cheaper than ICE ones, Electric cars will start to be preferred. Thus in Turkey, there will be a very rapid growth in electric vehicle sales starting from 2025 and afterward. This rapid transition may be painful for the Turkish automotive industry.

Commercial EV Manufacturer / Temsa

Temsa CEO Doğancioğlu stated that  “Temsa is a pioneering brand in electric buses in Turkey and their most important agenda will be electric vehicles in coming years. 6 pieces of MD9 electriCITY Electric Buses developed by TEMSA engineers and manufactured in the company's facilities in Adana were exported to Sweden.

EV Service Company / Bosch

"Bosch Electric Mobility Education Program was prepared for  Yildiz Technical University. Six programs, which are free and open to the university's undergraduate and graduate students, will be completed at the end of the year. Students in the program will benefit from the knowledge and experience of Bosch's Calibration team in Turkey such as; Hybrid Vehicle Technologies and Systems, Electric Vehicle Calibration, Electric Motors and Compact Module (eaxl), the Electrical Drives and Power Electronics and Electric Vehicles under headings such as Functional Safety.

EV Charging Equipment / Vestel

Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (Vestel Elektronik), announced that it plans to provide 50 thousand EVC04 EV chargers for electric vehicle charging stations to be supplied for Spanish energy company Iberdrola S.A. (Iberdrola)  in various regions of Europe, especially in Spain, the UK and Italy.

NGOs / AVERE TR

If the Turkish automotive industry does not produce electric vehicles and equipment to be used in electric vehicles, they can not find a country to sell the vehicle or equipment that they produce. Another issue to be considered in this context that the production lines of banned diesel and gas vehicles in Europe are disassembled and brought to Turkey.

Commercial EV Manufacture / Ford

Hosted by Ford Motor Company President and CEO Jim Farley at the global launch of Ford E-Transit on November 12, it was announced  that the first fully electric version of the Transit will be produced at Ford Otosan Gölcük Plant for European customers .

EV Equipment Supplier / Assan Hanil

Operating under the umbrella of Kibar Group, Assan Hanil will design and manufacture the seats of Hyundai Xcient Fuel Cell, the world's first hydrogen fuel cell electric mass production truck in its class. According to the statement made by Assan Hanil, the seats, which are the result of approximately 1.5 years of R&D work, will go into mass production in June 2021.

EV Test Center / OTAM

The tests of electric and hybrid vehicle are carried out successfully at the Automotive Technologies Research and Development Center (OTAM). OTAM General Manager Ekrem Özcan, stated that energy Consumption, Range and Engine Performance tests of 4 Electric Vehicle of manufacturing companies have been performed in their centers this year.

Passenger EV /Mercedes Benz

'The Mercedes-Benz Car Group Executive Board Member of Turkey Şükrü Bedikhan said they would increase the number of fully electric car options in Turkey 'In line with their "emission-free future' concept. Bekdikhan said, "We will continue our emission-free vehicle sales, which we started with the fully electric smart EQ in 2018, in 2020 with Mercedes-Benz EQC."

The Turkish Women's Network's Renewable Energy group aims to contribute to the shaping of electromobility in an integrated manner from an energy perspective for all stakeholders and users. 
In this context, it was announced that the "TWRE Electromobility Working Group" was established.
